Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access credentials and content approvals as outlined in their service agreement. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may affect project timelines.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. Outstanding invoices are subject to late payment fees as specified in your contract.

Limitation of Liability

DMAD provides services on a best-effort basis. While we strive for optimal results, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers or revenue outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law
